Meditation

According to the Cambridge Online Dictionary the definition of:

MEDITATE: To think calm thoughts in order to relax or as a religious activity. To think seriously about something for a long time.

MEDITATION: The act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed. Serious thought or study, or the product of this activity.

Meditation is a great form of relaxation providing many health benefits supported by scientific research.
